An der Nordwestküste fällt das Risco de Famara abrupt zum Meer ab und erlaubt eine Imposante Sicht auf Lanzarotes Schwesterinsel La Graciosa. Ein alter Weg führt zum Kliff hinab zu stillgelegten Salinen und zur Playa del Risco, einem einsamen Traumstrand der nur per pedes erreichtbar ist- einer der beliebtesten Wanderungen auf Lanzarote. Der steile Wiederaufstieg sollte allerdings nicht unterschätzt werden.
