Start: Saalachbrücke bei Hammerau. Auf der Forststraße über Bicheln Richtung Anger, von dort weiter Richtung Stroblalm (Asphalt). Kurz vor der Stroblalm links auf dem "Stroblalm-Rundweg" zum Sender und von dort Abfahrt über die Neubichleralm, Johannishögl wieder nach Bicheln und zurück zum Ausgangspunkt der Tour.
