Diese Tour geht über die legendäre Panzerstrasse an Lohmar vorbei, hoch nach Pohlhausen und dann nach Seelscheid. Hier findet die RTF über die Seelscheider Höhen statt. Zurück geht die Tour über heimelige Nebenstrassen, die keiner kennt, zurück nach Altenrath und dann wieder auf die Panzerstrasse.
