Die Tour beginnt (und endet) beim Balance Resort Hotel (Eingang). Sie verläuft anfangs Richtung Ollersdorf auf Asphaltstraße mündet dann in eine Schotterstraße ein und weist von da an ein coupiertes Tourenprofil auf, das alle Arten von gepflegten Wegen beeinhaltet. Diese Strecke ist sehr abwechslungsreich. Kurze Anstiege, Höhenwege und Talabschnitte sind das charakteristische dieser schönen naturnahen Tour.
