Start ist der Bahnhof von Köln-Worringen. Von hier geht es über den Langeler Damm bis zur Anlegestelle "Langel-Hitdorf". Nach der Rheinüberquerung in Hitdorf angekommen, geht die Fahrt weiter Rhein abwärts durch das Pflanzenschutzzentrum der Firma "Bay CropScience" in Monheim, folge dem Monheimer Rheinbogen, vorbei an Baumberg nach Urdenbach. Hier fahre ich mit der Fähre wieder über den Rhein und erreiche Zons. Von Zons über Nievenheim durch den Mühlenbusch nach Rosellen, Neukirchen, Jägerhof, Hülchrath, Langwaden, Wevelinghoven, Noithausen zum Bahnhof Jüchen.
