Die Feierabendtour führt von München-Schwabing am Forstenrieder Park entlang nach Wangen (das ist die vielgerühmte \'Olympiastrecke\'), dann über Nebenstraßen nach Hohenschäftlarn, runter zum Kloster Schäftlarn und in die Pupplinger Au. Dann wieder rauf nach Straßlach und flugs nach Grünwald und hier auf Nebenstrecken in die Nähe der Wittelsbacher Brücke und quer durch die Stadt wieder nach Schwabing zum Nordbad. Wer die Stadt hasst, kann im Forstenrieder Park beginnen und bei Grünwald stoppen.
