- Ab Walten auf der Jaufenstrasse abwärts bis zur Abzweigung KM 33,3 - MH 1.078 nach Stuls KM 39 - MH 1.330 (kurze steile Abschnitte).
- Von Stuls hinunter nach Moos KM 42,7 - MH 1.040. Weiter nach Platt KM 45,5 - MH 1.157.
- Von Platt über Breiteben nach Christl(Gasthof) KM 50,5 - MH 1.139. Hinunter in`s Tal, nach St.Martin KM 55,6 - MH 620.
- Ab St.Martin auf dem Radweg zurück zum Ausgangspunkt nach Meran.
