Wir beginnen unsere Fahrt in Herdecke Kirchende nachdem wir die Räder zusammengebaut haben. Die Fahrt geht durch den Wald von Herdecke in Richtung Gut Schede am Fuchsbau vorbei und über die neue Ruhrbrücke. Wir radeln locker in Richtung Witten Bommern. Wo wir in das Gebiet der Hölzer / Muttental einsteigen. Hier geht es kreuz und quer durchs Gehölz. Am Museum des Muttentals lässt es sich prima aushalten. Hier wird noch gekocht und gebacken . "Futtern wie bei Muttern" ebent.
