Wie auch bei der Tour Nr. 1, wird hier auf fast ausschließlich verkehrsarmen Nebenstrassen gefahren.
Der Start liegt diesmal kurz hinter Förrenbach (Wanderparkplatz am Stausee).
Die Asphaltdecke ist zwar teilweise etwas löchrig, aber durch das verlangsamte (Bergauf-) Tempo, fällt dies nicht so sehr ins Gewicht. Diese Tour ist landschaftlich noch reizvoller, als die Variante 1.
