Um Langenfeld herum
Eine kurze Strecke ohne nennenswerte Steigungen, die sich überwiegend an der Posthornrunde orientiert. Es wird oft über Feld- und Waldwege gefahren und auch über asphaltierte Wirtschaftswege.
Immer wieder sind auch Wohgebiete zu durchqueren und stark befahrene Straßen zu überqueren.
"Um Langenfeld herum" ist eine Strecke, um mal kurz rauszukommen -mehr aber auch nicht.
