Rundkurs ab Vinaders, der bis zum Sattelberg auf einsamen Wegen verläuft. Der Steig ist markiert, wird aber wohl kaum gelaufen. Ab dem Sattelberg geht es dann auf dem "Standardweg" zur Sattelbergalm und von dort zurück nach Vinaders.
Eine Einkehr in der Sattelbergalm ist zu empfehlen.
