Diese Rundwanderung startet in Leichlingen-Witzhelden im Schulweg. Zunächst geht es über Asphalt bis hinunter nach Altenbach. Dann folgt schon bald viel Wald bis zur Ortschaft Eichen. Ab dort wieder ein Stück über Asphalt bis auf die Höhe und in die Ortschaften Claasholz und Oberbüscherhof. Ab dort auf schmalten Pfaden im Wald hinauf und hinunter bis man die Ortschaft Orth erreicht. Von dort durch Wolfstall und Flamerscheid zurück zum Ausgangspunkt.
Fazit: Wer sich nicht daran stört, dass man ab und zu über kleinere Straßen läuft und "Asphalt tirtt", bekommt einen schönen Einblick in die Landschaft rund um Leichlingen-Witzhelden.
