Wir starten von Kuppelwies, Talstation der Umlaufbahn talauswärts und biegen nach einigen hundert Metern links ab Richtung Schwemmalm. Asphaltstraße bis zur Talstation des alten Sessellifts, weiter dann auf Forststrasse Richtung St. Moritz - Breiteben. Dort weiter auf die Schwemmalm (diese gefahrene Variante ist etwas ruppiger). Von dort auf die innere Schwemmalm und über die Wiese (kurzes Stück) dann holprige Forststrasse und Asphalt hinunter auf St.Nikolaus. Von dort über die Hauptstraße zurück nach Kuppelwies, Ausgangsort der Tour.
