Wir starten am Allacher Forst und folgen der Würm und dem Würmkanal bis zur Ruderregatta Oberschleißheim. Weiter dem Würmkanal entlang bis nach Haimhausen, hier treffen wir auf die Amper und folgen ihr bis Kranzberg. Von Kranzberg gehts weiter bis Sünzheim und von dort bei Pulling an die Isar, der wir bis Hochbrück folgen. Über Oberschleißheim und Feldmoching gehts zurück zum Allacher Forst.
