Die Tour startet an der Grundschule Steinbeck in Buchholz i.d.N., führt an der Teefabrik (Messmer) vorbei durch Meilsen in den Stuvenwald.
Überwiegend läuft man durch den Stuvenwald, meist im Schatten auf befestigten Wegen. Ungefähr Halbzeit ist an der Autobahnbrücke Rade A1. Hier stehen mehrmals die Woche die mobilen Blitzer die das Tempo (120 km/h) auf der Autobahn in beide Richtungen kontrollieren. Von hier geht es ruhig durch den Wald zurück zur Grundschule.
