Es ist eine Wanderung in die jüngere vulkanische Geschichte der Insel Teneriffas. Hierbei handelt es sich um die Vulkane Garachico und Chinyero. Die Wanderung führt uns im Wechsel durch bewaldetes Gebiet wie auch durch Lavafelder der beiden Vulkane. Pechschwarze Lavahänge, Schlacke Kegel und als Kontrast die hellgrün leuchtenden Kiefernwälder– eine Bilderbuchlandschaft!
