Weg über Rheda-Wiedenbrück, Durchfahrt durch die Stadt. Ansonsten über verkehrsberuhigte Landwege, durchgängig asphaltiert. Typische ostwestfälische Wiesen-Felder-Wald-Landschaft. Geeigenet für Trekkingräder und Rennräder. Flache Strecke, höchte Steigung ist einmal eine Straßenüberführung. Möglichkeit, am Alberssee zu baden oder etwas zu essen / zu trinken. Stopps bieten sich in Langenberg und Bad Waldliesborn an.
