Von Kerz aus nimmt man die klapprige Fähre oder die schmale Hängebrücke über den Alt und läuft dann über einen Ortsverbindungsweg bis Poeniţa, von dort über Wiesen-, Wald- und Feldwege nach Marpod. Die Aussicht von hier auf die Fogarascher Berge ist traumhaft. Der Höhenunterschied beträgt ca. 200 Meter. Ab Marpod: Pfad über die Hügel bis Leschkirch.
