Konditionell nicht allzu anspruchsvoll, dafür aber mit jeder Menge Trails gespickt startet diese Runde wieder in Tramin um erstmal über die Weinberge bis nach Kaltern und dann zu den Eislöchern zu führen. Diese nehmen wir in einer kleinen Sightseeingrunde mit, bevor wir uns dann über Kieswege bis zum Gasthof Buchholz auf 900 m ü NN abstrampeln.
Von da an geht es auf dem Eppaner Höhenwanderweg und dem Kalterer Höhenwanderweg eigentlich nur noch auf schmalen Trails zurück in Richtung Tramin. Anfangs verliert man durch kurze Gegenanstiege kaum an Höhe später jedoch auf schnellen Trails deutlich. Diese forden zwar eine saubere Fahrtechnik sind allerdings technisch nicht zu anspruchsvoll.
