Von Bad Fredeburg aus in die direction van Gellinghausen. Dann sudostlich nach Altrastenberg, dort hat man die Moglichkeit zu pauzieren im Resto. Weiter ostlich nach Winterberg (Resto moglichkeit). Vom Bike-Arena nach Kahler Asten (hochste punkt auf 834 hm) zuruck nach Altrastenberg und westlich nach Lengenbeck, Niedersorpe und Holthausen nach Bad Fredeburg. Weil es dunkel war, sind die letzte km auf asfalt gefahren. Trotzdem fur 90% off the road trails. Sehr schon, aber leider viel breite Schotterwege und wenig Singletrails.
