Start der Tour ist am Parkplatz des Stadions "Am Uhlenkrug 40" in "45133 Essen".
Anschließend geht es über eine alte Bahntrasse und über unbefestigte Wege in Richtung Baldeneysee.
Von dort gehts rauf und runter.
Achtung! Bei feuchtem Wetter können einige Wurzelpassagen ziemlich rutschig werden.
Ziel ist wieder der Parkpplatz am Stadion.
