Von Schieder geht es zunächst über Brakelsiek und durch das Niesetal nach Lothe. Über die Lother Höhe nach Steinheim, wo man auf den Fernradweg R1 trifft. Dem R1 folgend durch die Emmerauen bis zum Ortseingang Nieheim, wo es über die Ostwestfalenstrasse geht und weiter über asphaltierte Wirtschaftswege Richtung Oeynhausen und Himmmighausen. Hier wird rechts abgebogen, das Bahn-Viadukt unterquert und dann eine 15%ige Steigung auf Wald- und Wirtschaftswegen nach Bergheim. Auf dem Radweg weiter nach Vinsebeck, dort rechts abbiegen und über Ottenhausen, Billerbeck nach Wöbbel. Von hier auf dem Radweg an der B239 zurück nach Schieder.
