Laufstrecke von der Regattabahn Duisburg, durch den Wald, nach Mülheim Selbeck um den Golfplatz und zurück zum Ausgangspunkt.
Die Strecke geht zum Teil über Waldwege aber auch zu einem Teil über asphaltierte Forstwege( Nebenstraßen).
Die Tour ist auch als Radtour geeignet.
