Von der Heidesiedlung Richtung Testerberge, den ersten Anstieg über asphaltierte Strasse, vorbei an mehreren Bauernhöfen. Dann nach Hünxe weiter über ruhige Strassen am Golfplatz vorbei bis zum Flugplatz "Schwarze Heide". Nach einer kurzen Rast vorbei am Munitionslager und auf eine kurze Singletrail-Strecke durchs Gelände (sehr ruhig). Weiter Richtung Hünxe, durch die ruhige Stadt und zurück nach Friedrichsfeld am Kanal entlang
