Abfahrt in Hamm. Über Rosbach, Mittel, Herfen vorbei an Waldbröl. Entlang der Nutscheidstrasse geht es bis zur L 312 (v. Ruppichteroth nach Herchen. Von Herchen an der Sieg entlang zurück nach Hamm.
Die Strecke ist fast durchgehend asphaltiert. Lediglich ein kurzes Stück geht über Schotter und einen normalen Waldweg. Die Strecke ist also auch mit Trekkingrädern gut zu bewältigen.
