Der Start der Tour ist in Obersuhl. Durch die Au geht es nach Berka und Herda. Der "Thüringen Rhein Wanderweg" führt bis nach Oberellen. Von hier auf dem "Jacobusweg" bis nach Clausberg. Der Wanderweg "Thüringenweg" führt bis nach Lauchröden. Von Lauchröden über den Herdaer Weg nach Lutzberg. Vor Lutzberg dem Wanderschild "Gelbes Rechteck" folgen. Ein herrlicher Single Trail führt bis zum Werratalradweg. Auf Diesen ausrollen bis Obersuhl.
