los gehts in Bamberg in Richtung Breitengüßbach, dort durch die Mainauen hoch auf den Greinberg durch wundervolle alte Wälder. Dann immer mal rauf und runter, teils Waldautobahn, teils sehr urtümliche Waldwege bis Mürsbach, auf der Westseite des Bergrückens wieder zurück nach Baunach. Sehr, sehr schöne Tour.
