Die Tour startet in Hagen-Wehringhausen und führt über einen Radweg nach Gevelsberg, dann auf dem X-weg auf Waldwegen (Forstwege und Trails) Richtung Sprockhövel. Es geht immer wieder hoch und runter auf teils schönen Downhills. Ziel ist der Berger Hof, wo man eine gepflegte Rast einlegen kann. Zurück gehts Richtung Muttental bis Witten. Wir (meine Freundin und ich) sind dann mit der Bahn nach HA zurück. Die Tour kann aber auch über das Ardey-Gebirge ausgebaut werden.
