Eine schöne kleine Samstagsnachmittags-Lauftour. Die Wege führen hauotsächlich über feste Waldwege mit feinen Sand-Kies-Gemisch oder ashpaltiert. Auch für Fahrradfahrer geeignet.
Man kann noch einen Abstecher zu Schloß Rheydt machen - wir haben hir nur Schloss Rheydt tangiert.
