Flachlandstrecke zum Krafttrainieren.
Diese Route geht hauptsächlich auf Feldwegen (Am Anfang ist ein Strassenstück im Bereich der Waldschule dabei), 2 mal muss die B17 gequert werden.
Steinige flache Wege, ein schattiger Rastplatz mit kleinem Bach (Punkt 112), ein riesiger Löschteich bzw Biotop (Punkt 142), eine Brücke über die Eisenbahn, ein Fussballplatz und zum Schluss kann man im Notfall im Metro einkaufen gehen!
