Start in Oestrich an der Bushaltestelle Sportplatzweg. Entlang der Ansbach hoch zu den 7-Wegweisern, hinunter zur Wickersheller Brücke und das Ernstbachtal bis zur Wisper folgen. Ein kurzes Stück auf der Wisperstraße zur Einkehr in der Laukenmühle.
Zurück zunächst die Wisperstraße Richtung Lorch, dann links hinauf zum Weißen Turm und zu den 7-Wegweisern. Weil es schüttete ging es auch entlang der Ansbach wieder zurück.
