Vom Freibad Gelnhausen nach Neuwirtheim auf dem Fahrradweg.Anstieg zum Dachsberg (392m),dann Richtung Waldensberg, Waschbach und Anstieg zum Moorhaus (363m).Weiter über Geisweiher, Großer Helfersberg nach Breitenborn. Danach Anstieg zum Eichelkopf (387m) und Vier Fichten (406m). Abfahrt über Würgebachtal, Haitz nach Friedhof Gelnhausen.
