Zuerst geht es auf kleinen flachen Teerstraßen, Startpunkt ist Kirchdorf am Inn bei Raubling. Die Straßen werden immer steiler, danach geht es auf Forststraßen weiter bergauf. Die letzten 5-10 Minuten werden sehr steil (23% Steigung), jedoch sind hier Fahrstreifen geteert.
Einkehr in der Schuhbräualm, von hier hat man einen schönen Ausblick aus dem Inntal.
Danach geht es fast nur noch bergab und auf dem ausgeschilderten Radweg zurück nach Raubling.
