Beginnend am Forschengereuther Bahnhof gehr es links hoch in Richtung Dorfplatz (weißer Schwan-Gasthaus). Am Gasthaus zum weißen Schwan vorbei in den Wald, Richtnung Zimmermannsplatz. Von dort aus geht s weiter zur Wegspinne, welche viele wietere Möglichkeiten bietet zur Rödenquelle zugelangen. Dort angelangt gehts es zur Simmersbuche (Geocache versteckt) um unterhalb vom Sendemast wieder in Richtung Forschengereuther Bahnhof zugelangen.
