Start ist am Frankfurter Flughafen, dann bei Flörsheim über die Schleuse udn weiter am Main entlang über Hofheim nach Mz-Kastel. Von dort schöner Blick auf die Mainzer Innenstadt. Der Weg führt weiter durch die Mainzer Innenstadt nach mz Marienborn.

Am Frankfurter Kreuz ist Flughafen ausgeschildert. Wer keine Gebühren zahlen will, fährt Richtung Kelsterbach weiter und stellt sein Auto and er Strasse ab.
