Die Tour beginnt in Goldkronach, in Bad Berneck durchquert sie den Kurpark und führt durch das wunderschöne Ölschnitztal nach Gefrees. Ein Besuch in der Eisdiele dort ist unumgänglich (bestes Eis im Landkreis). Dann geht es vorbei an den Gefreeser Steinbrüchen und Schweinsbach hoch nach Wülfersreuth.Von dort werden alle Höhenmeter bis hinab nach Goldmühl wieder vernichtet. Ein kleiner Berg nach Leisau, dann ist man wieder am Startpunkt.
