Gestartet wurde vom Parkplatz der Ahornbahn. Von dort ging es Richtung Zillergrund, Bergauf Richtung Brandberg, dem Wirthaus Steinerkogl zur Karlalm. Weiter über einen Trail zur Kotahornalm (Rastmöglichkeit). Nach kurzer Zeit, Bergab auf Schotter (Gerlosstein) später über einen kurzen Anstieg am Entenberg zurück ins Tal (teilweise kurze Trails). Im Tal zurück zum Ausgangspunkt.
