Départ et arrivée de la piscine de La Sarraz, par des "single track" dans des bois de pins, aller jusqu'à La Coudre. Poursuivre son chemin à flanc de coteau jusqu'à Montricher. De Montricher monter par la route (peu fréquentée) sur environ 10 km jusqu'à la buvette du Mont Tendre. De là retourner au col du Molendruz par les crêtes et par des petits chemins à flanc de coteau jusqu'à Juriens. On rejoint la Sarraz par les bois de Ferreyre et les gorges du Nozon. Que du bonheur!
