Zuerst hoch auf den Damberg, lässiger Singletrail vom Aussichtsturm in nördliche Richtung, weiter über Spadenberg und die Windmühlen nach Laussa. Dort Mittagspause und retour auf den Damberg. Bei guter Witterung den Wanderweg vom Damberg zurück zum GH Eckhard nehmen. Wir mussten wegen Dauerregen die Forststraße nehmen!
