Start ist in MH Selbeck am Tennisclub Stooter Str. Die Runde geht von Mülheim in Richtung Mettmann. Durch das Angerbachtal und hoch nach Ratingen Homberg. Von dort geht es nach Mettmann Metzkausen. Dann wieder über Ratingen Ost in das Angerbachtal (nahe der Auermühle) in Richtung Breitscheid wo wir einen Bach überqueren. Dann über Schloss Linnep wieder nach Mülheim.
