Die Tour verläuft von Marpingen über Alsweiler-Theley-Primsthal-Peterberg-Selbach-Theley-Rheinstraße zurück nach Marpingen.Da man überwiegend Feld und Waldwege fährt,ist die Tour im Herbst gut fahrbar.Ein Singletrail kurz vor Primsthal ist etwas anspruchsvoller aber immer noch fahrbar.
