Von Sommerhausen aus über Winterhausen durch die alten Steinbrüche, Naturschutzzonen zum Heuchelhof.
Um den Heuchelhof durch die Naturschutzzonen / Trails herum und dann über den Weisbrückengraben runter nach Heidingsfeld.
Über die Schleuse auf die andere Mainseite übersetzen und mit einem Abstecher am Kartoffelturm oberhalb von Eibelstadt nach Sommerhausen zurück.
