Parkplatz in der Pölzau bei St. Gallen. Wir folgen dem markierten Wanderweg bis zur Seisenalm, ca. 1.300m, Von dort dem Wanderweg weiter folgen auf den SO-Rücken und auf diesem zum Gipfel.
Abfahrt wie Aufstieg. Variante über die Kälberleiten nur bei sicheren Schneeverhältnissen fahren. Steil und sehr Lawinengefährlich
