Das Biathlonzentrum Innerrosenau bei Rosenau am Hengstpaß bietet neben leichten, mittelschweren und schweren Langlaufloipen auch die für den Biathlonsport notwendige Schießanlage, ein Biathlonzentrum mit Umkleideraum/WC und Biathlonkurse. Im Sommer kann man sich die Skiroller und das Luftdruckgewehr für das Training auf der 2,5m breiten Asphaltbahn auch ausleihen.
