Start S-Bahnhof Buchenhain, Grünwald, an Sauschütt´n vorbei, Deisenhofen, Sauerlach, Hofolding, auf Römerstraße schnurgerade im Wald bis Peiß, Kleinhelfendorf und Bergtierpark Blindham. Ab hier fast nur noch bergab bis Westerham. An der Mangfall kann man nun beidseits des Gewässers dem Ziel Rosenheim nähern.
