Von Adelianos Kampos an der Küste stetig bergauf nach Adele, Pigi, Loutra über das Kloster von Arkadi bergauf Richtung Thronos; steiler Anstieg nach Moni Arkadiou, bergab nach Sivritos, über Apostoli 7 km abwärts zum Potamon-Stausee; dann steiler Anstieg und abschliessend schöner Downhill talauswärts über Prassies nach Rethimnon.
