    Szeged déli részén, a tiszaszigeti Mélypont mellett vezet az út Kübekháza felé. Innen egy román határ mentén haladó, alig járt úton át lehet menni Kiszomborra és Makóra. A Szegedre visszavezető út a Maros folyó töltésén halad, Klárafalvától pedig a E43-as út melletti kerékpárúton juthatunk el Szegedig.
