Den Innkanal und Inn entlang flussaufwärts bis Gars, dann flussabwärts über Kloster Au zurück. In Gars und nach Koster Au kräftige, lange Steigungen ( 10-12%), können zumTeil gemieden bzw.gemildert werden. Brotzeit in Koster Au, hervorragendes Dunkles, gute Weisswürste.
