Eine Alternativroute von Münster ins Edertal (Nordhessen), diesmal über Arnsberg, Eslohe und Schmallenberg. Der Aufstieg zum Kahlen Asten verläuft auf dieser Route relativ langsam, für lange Strecken stillgelegten Bahnstrecken (z.B. Eslohe-Schmallenberg), die zu hervorragenden Radwegen umgebaut worden sind. Relativ steil ist nur das Stück Rehsiepen-Altastenberg-Kahler Asten.

Beliebiger Start ab Münster, hinter Hiltrup dann links zur Bahnlinie MS-Hamm abbiegen.
In Winterberg kann auch der Zug zurück genommen werden, falls die Tour als Tagestour ab (oder nach) Münster gefahren werden soll.
