Bis nach Spohle den Weg aus der Karte: Rad und Wanderkarte Parklandschaft Ammerland entnommen. Am alten Hafen von Varel lohnt eine Pause. Hier betreibt die Fa. Balsen einen Werksverkauf. Die gesammte Strecke ist gut ausgebaut und leicht zu befahren.
